Dealer Auction, the UK’s busiest digital wholesale marketplace, has appointed Damien Smith as National Account Director. Damien will work with manufacturers, fleets, captive finance houses and large retailers to optimise their vehicle remarketing processes via the Dealer Auction platform.
He will be responsible for growing existing relationships with major clients and the acquisition of new large-scale customers.
Damien brings a wealth of automotive experience to the role, including previous sales, marketing and leadership positions. He joins from Auto Trader, where, as Client Development Director, he specialised in helping customers get the best value from the platform’s rich data and insights.
